6. Update Checks

The Mac version of the app periodically checks for updates:

• The app connects to GitHub API via HTTPS to check for new versions
• Checks occur 30 seconds after launch, then every 24 hours
• We only retrieve version numbers and release notes, no user identification is sent
• You can manually check for updates or disable automatic checks in settings at any time

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. Since we don't collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
